Plan on attending the Debt Restructuring Strategies Workshop to increase your understanding of the finer points behind how a turnaround or distressed business situation is typically handled. Whether you are a younger member seeking to understand the various perspectives of different industry players or the seasoned professional looking to hone your insight into how your counterparts behave, this Workshop will prove to be enlightening and lively as our panelists explain how they behave in different situations and what really motivates them. The final panel will then build on the earlier panels by showing how fundamental approaches can often be shifted significantly when viewed in the prism of a closely-held business driven even more by emotion and unspoken family dynamics.

This Workshop has been specifically designed to appeal to a wide range of turnaround and distressed industry professionals, from the lawyer seeking to better understand the business challenges their clients face, the financial advisor seeking to balance competing motivations of conflicting parties, the banker who wants to ensure they are knowledgeable of the day-today issues faced by other professionals, to the other service professionals working in these situations.
