MorrisAnderson Welcomes Todd A. Zoha as Managing Director

Zoha’s 15-years’ experience bolsters the bench strength of MorrisAnderson’s middle-market specialty areas, especially within the Midwest. He specializes in crisis and interim management, corporate restructurings and transformations, financial and operational turnarounds, cash enhancement and performance improvement initiatives.

Zoha has successfully advised middle-market and large-cap companies through complicated restructurings and turnarounds within the automotive, business services, consumer products, energy, financial services, manufacturing and transportation sectors.

His previous work on Momentive Performance Materials, a $2.5 billion producer of silicones and silicone derivatives, earned a Restructuring of the Year Award in 2015 by M&A Advisors. Zoha’s work on SemGroup, a $14 billion midstream energy company, helped the company emerge from Chapter 11 as a newly reorganized public company with a plan to distribute $2.5 billion in value to stakeholders. Other high profile engagements include Enron and Lehman Brothers.

“Todd has an incredible track record working through complex large restructuring deals, both as an outside advisor and internal C-level executive,” said Dan Dooley, MorrisAnderson’s chief executive officer. “That powerful combination of experience is a benefit to our middle-market clients who need guidance not just developing, but also implementing and executing, their turnaround strategies.”

Prior to joining MorrisAnderson, Zoha served as the chief financial officer and an operating executive with Stage Capital, a Columbus, Ohio-based private equity firm.  He has held senior level positions with AlixPartners' Turnaround & Restructuring Services Group and Mesirow Financial Consulting.

Zoha is a member of the Turnaround Management Association, the Association of Insolvency & Restructuring Advisors, and is a Certified Insolvency & Restructuring Advisor. He has an MBA in banking and finance from the Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, Ohio, and a bachelor of science degree in mathematics and business administration, with a finance concentration and economics minor, from Baldwin-Wallace College in Berea, Ohio.
