David Sanders CPA, CTP has a solid track record of driving improvement and positive change in restructuring as well as expansion environments. Throughout his career, Mr. Sanders has held many executive level positions, including CEO, CFO, COO and Sr. VP of Finance.

Mr. Sanders consistently improves bottom line and operational performance for start-ups, mid-caps and Fortune 100 companies. He has a record of driving lasting results and change in the companies he has worked with. In addition to consistent turnarounds, Mr. Sanders has led a successful start-up and contributed to corporate growth through acquisitions and international expansion.

Mr. Sanders has over 23 years of experience in telecommunications, consumer products, distribution, technology and manufacturing, as well as turnaround and strategic consulting. Prior to joining Morris Anderson, Mr. Sanders was CFO and COO of Phylogy, a telecommunications start-up company. Prior to this, Mr. Sanders was a Managing Director at a leading turnaround firm in the mid-West, where he served as a project leader for middle market turnarounds in manufacturing and distribution. Mr. Sanders’ turnaround assignments have included an HVAC distributor/manufacturer, a fluid power distributor, a chemical distributor, and a granite and marble distributor.

Mr. Sanders received his MBA from the University of Chicago and a BSBA in accounting from the University of Dayton. He is a Certified Public Accountant and a Certified Turnaround Professional.
