Daniel F. Dooley is an operations and financial executive who is an accomplished manager and transactional specialist. Mr. Dooley oversees the operations of Morris-Anderson. He has successfully managed projects and assumed interim management positions as CRO, CEO, COO and CFO for publicly and privately owned companies in the manufacturing, distribution and service sectors. He has negotiated numerous transactions involving sales, refinancings and recapitalization of companies.

Most recently, Mr. Dooley has had hands-on experience in the following industries: automotive, aerospace, steel, construction products, restaurants, food distribution, staffing services, metal fabrication, air freight, automation equipment, HVAC distribution, aircraft assembly, footwear, power tools, fasteners, printing and packaging. Mr. Dooley has particular expertise in the development and implementation of cost reduction and restructuring plans; modern manufacturing processes and improved inventory management; sale of businesses; financial projections and internal controls; product line and business-unit viability assessment; and balance sheet restructuring negotiations.

Prior to joining Morris-Anderson & Associates in 1997, Mr. Dooley served as an executive with several Fortune 500 manufacturers in both general management and financial management capacities, including Illinois Tool Works (ITW), an industrial manufacturer, and Allied Signal, an automotive electronics and aerospace manufacturer. He has served on the Board of Directors and been a key advisor to corporations and non-profit organizations. Additionally, Mr. Dooley founded and managed a start-up niche footwear maker.

Mr. Dooley is a Certified Turnaround Professional (CTP) and a Board member of the Turnaround Management Association, holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and MBA in Finance, both from the Carlson School of Management at the University of Minnesota in Minneapolis.
