Our Process

In distressed-business situations, the first step to creating a solid, strategic plan of action is a complete assessment of an organization’s operations and financial status. At MorrisAnderson, we follow tangible steps to determine the best course of action for each client’s unique situation.

Our Approach

  • We employ a collaborative, multidisciplinary approach that enables us to leverage the wide-ranging expertise of our team and management to see the big picture
  • Depending on the urgency, complexity and requirements of a project a complete assessment takes two to six weeks.  After the assessment, MA is highly experienced in helping management initiate goals and objectives to improve the operations and to right size the cost structure based upon attainable sales targets.

  • We provide a road map through budgeting and analysis that allows the management team to implement changes that MA works with the company to develop
