Kankakee: New owners promise Meadowview makeover
The Meadowview Shopping Center -- in the heart of the Kankakee, Bradley and Bourbonnais region -- has new owners, a renewed vision and a new name.
The new ownership team -- Terraco Inc., of Wilmette, and Frontline Real Estate Partners, of Northbrook -- was introduced at a Wednesday afternoon press conference and laid out a few details as to what it envisions for the 50-acre property it purchased for $1.77 million.
