CRO & Interim Management

A Chief Restructuring Officer (CRO) assumes an Officer position within the company. A CRO is typically responsible at a minimum for all financial restructuring, turnaround plans, cash management and financial reporting of a company. Additionally, in some situations a CRO’s role will also include all duties typical of a CEO even though the CEO may remain in his or her role. A CRO always reports directly to the company’s Board of Directors or owners.

Interim Management:

Assume interim management roles as CEO, COO, CFO, VP Operations, etc. or serve as an Independent Director on a Board of Directors.
