Luke Stephenson, is an Associate Director at MorrisAnderson. Luke brings an extensive background in advisory, financial analysis, valuation, and due diligence services across multiple industries. Luke uses that background as a basis to structure practical solutions through comprehensive financial analysis.

Prior to joining MorrisAnderson, Luke was a Senior Associate for PwC, the world’s largest professional services firm, where he was an integral member of the real estate advisory group. He specialized in advising private equity, asset management, and Fortune 500 corporate clients by providing financial analysis, cost optimization, operating model transformation, and strategic decision-making services. Luke graduated with a bachelor’s degree in finance and real estate from Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business.

Luke assists clients by providing a broad range of the firm’s financial and operational advisory services, including performance improvement, turnarounds, workouts, litigation support and insolvency services and wind-downs for distressed and bankrupt companies. He consults directly with management and senior financial staff to provide accurate cash flow projections, budgets, and business valuations to evaluate, support, and help implement strategic decisions in crisis situations.
