Oversaw the stabilization of operations, acquisition of its main competitor including property remediation of its former plant and refinancing of its entire debt structure.
  • CFO of oil & gas tank construction company, overseeing all financial aspects of the Company including development of pricing model.
  • Financial Advisor to a provider of customized delivery solutions, providing PE firm and its management team an assessment of the business and strategic alternatives.
  • Transaction Advisor to manufacturer of metal roofing and wall systems which included the corporate divestiture of this subsidiary from its parent company.
  • Interim CFO and Financial Advisor to a weight loss and nutritional company.  Provided assessment and initial plan of reorganization outside of formal court proceedings.
  • Financial Advisor to plastic injection molding operation. Developed and executed comprehensive plan to stabilize the Company’s cash burn while advising the Company through an Article 9 foreclosure and eventual sale to a financial buyer.
